Broccoli Cheese Egg Bake

WHAT TO DO WITH LEFTOVERS:

Cut the egg bake into slices.

Pack in container with lid.

Keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To reheat, microwave for 30 seconds. If it is not warm enough, try another 30 seconds at a time until it is as hot as you like.

1/2 cup milk
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
1 bag of frozen broccoli
(about 10 oz)
1 cup shredded cheese
nonstick cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
1. Read or watch the entire recipe.
2. Wash your hands.
3. Get ingredients.

1 bag of frozen broccoli (about 10 oz)
1 cup shredded cheese

4. Get tools.

5. Set oven to 350 degrees.
6. Spray the inside of baking dish with cooking spray.
7. Crack 8 eggs into mixing bowl.
8. Add 2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard.
9. Add 1/2 cup of milk.
10. Mix with fork.
11. Add 1 cup of cheese.
12. Add bag of broccoli.
13. Use fork to mix.
14. Pour into baking dish.
15. Put on oven mitts. Put in oven.
16. Set timer for 60 minutes.
17. Put on oven mitts. Take out of oven.
18. Turn the oven off.
19. Use spatula to cut and serve.
